Natural intense golden rutile quartz gemstone originating from Mozambique. This weighs 38.45 CTS and has been cut and faceted into a large oval shape. The measurements are approximately 24.0 x 18.5 x 13.2 mm.

The stone has a large amount of shimmering rutile strands within it's surface. These gleam with a luminous glow, particularly when captured by light. The rutile mineral itself is technically considered a flaw, although a highly beautiful and desirable type. This is a great example of how a natural inclusion can enhance the beauty of a gemstone. Like all of our rutile quartz, this is natural phenomenon and the stone itself is untreated.
