Supercharger installation instructions:
1. Change engine oil
2. Replace air filter and oil filter
3. Clean the oil supply and oil outlet pipes to ensure that there is no damage. The oil hangs on the wall of the oil pipe and the oil pipe flow channel becomes narrow to increase the oil pressure.
4. Check the intake and exhaust pipes to ensure there is no obstruction or interference
5. Make sure the screws and clamps are tightened and there are no air leaks.
6. When installing the oil inlet and outlet holes, sealant cannot be used, only gaskets can be used.

Working Environment of Turbocharger 

Because turbochargers often work at high speeds and high temperatures, the temperature at the exhaust turbine end of the turbocharger is about 600℃, and the turbocharger rotor rotates at a high speed of 8000- 11000r/min. Therefore, in order to ensure the normal operation and extension of the turbocharger Service life, pay attention to the following points in use:

 1.Do not leave the turbocharger in the car

2.Do not turn off the turbocharger immediately

3.Keep the turbocharger clean

4.The turbocharger needs to be cleaned

5.Pay attention to overhaul of turbocharger

6. Working environment of turbocharger
