Warranty:

All Brake Pads sold by MALKO Brakes have a 12-month warranty OR 30,000 kms (whichever occurs first) against faulty materials or craftsmanship and does not cover claims caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect fitting, misuse, and/or use for any form of motor sports or off-road use. Buyers are responsible for correctly using the products as they are intended.

Warranty only extends to replacement of the part.

MALKO highly values customer satisfaction and their rights, therefore our returns policy is in line with the Australian Consumer Law. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

If you are not satisfied with the Brake Pads for any reason you can get a refund within 30 days of making a purchase. Please keep in mind that even though we offer a full money back guarantee, we will issue a refund, or an exchange provided that:

1. You return the item within 30 days of purchase.
2. You provide your original tax invoice number at the time you return the item
3. The item is in resealable condition including that:
• It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories.
• It is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
