Quick Dispatch
We aim to dispatch your order the same day if we receive your order before midday (Monday–Friday).

Small parcels (up to 2kg): Sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked – covers all of the UK.

Larger items: (up to 15kg) : Delivered using Evri 48 hour tracked - 2-3 day courier service.

Larger items: (up to 30kg) : Delivered using DHL 24 hour tracked - 1-2 day courier service.

For Royal Mail, check your tracking or contact your local sorting office – sometimes items are held without a card.

Message us on eBay after 7–10 days. If the parcel is lost, we’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund.

You’ll get a full refund for the item, but you’ll need to cover return postage.
