Framed measurements are 15" in length and 21" in width.

The oak frame is in very good condition with the exception of a bit of scuffing in the top right corner.  Please see last photo.

Ready to hang.  I would recommend inserting a piece of cardboard into the back to reinforce a tight fit of the picture within the mounting frame.
