This prop is brand new and has definitely never seen water. It is from a closed marine supply store and has been laying in storage for many years it has a few light scuffs in the paint. But still retains its factory stickers and is a really nice new old stock part that will look and function great on your boat. This is the only new one of this model I have found so don’t let it get away
