This is an original press photo. Rubbing off the wall Senator John Kerry, Democrat-Massachusetts, who is the chairman of the Select Committee on POW-MIA affairs, does a name rubbing of Dick Pershing, an old college classmate of his, at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C. on March 26, 1992. As the POW-MIA issue persists, Kerry and other Congressional members took part in a ceremony for the 10th anniversary of the memorial groundbreaking. Photo measures 11.5 x 8 inches. Photo is dated 11-24-1992.
