Please Note: We are highly recommended to use hand screw tool for the installation. Electronic tool are easily screwing too tight and case cracked.
Prior to installation please verify the following:
- Inspect back circuit board and wire connections
- Verify circuit board is protected from exposed metal and wires when installing in the vehicle
- Make sure the following wires are going to their correct locations.
a. Black is ground
b. Red is brake light (+12v)
c. White (if there is any) is cargo/reverse light (+12v)
d. Yellow (if there is any) is auxiliary or running light (+12v)
- We accept PayPal payment and Credit/Debit card through PayPal.
- We ship the item to the address provided during checkout. Please make sure address is correct before submit payment.
- We will charge 9% sales tax on orders from California.
- Please submit payment within 7 days or else eBay will automatically open an unpaid item dispute on your account.

If you do not like what you received...

If you received damaged or broken...
- Please check the item upon delivery, to make sure the item is not damaged.
- Please contact us with a picture of the broken item attached, and we will file a damage claim with the shipping carrier. No claims will be honored 30 days after the item is received.
- Do not send the product back without contact us, otherwise it might prolong the return process because we have no information about the case
- Please allow 24-48 hours for us to process your return request and we will assign a RMA case number for you to return the item for an exchange.
- We cannot send out replacements without reeiving the items back.
If your item is defective...
- We stand behind our products and all TurboMetal product is with 30 days warranty.
- Please keep your eBay item number as a reference so that you can get an exchange if the item is defective.
- If the item is defective after 60 days, customer is responsible for the return shipping fee and shipping fee for the replacement. If the item is defective within 60 days, we will cover all shipping fee and get you a replacement.
