So far, with this program, only about 98% of these $1.25 packages are being accurately delivered, and that is with me carefully complying with the Post Office directions, AND stamping "Pictures--Do Not Bend", and "NON-MACHINABLE" on BOTH  sides of these smaller envelopes.
