Part of Circus History, purchased here in Sarasota/Bradenton, Florida - Home of the Ringling Bros and Barnum & Bailey Circus back on the mid 1990's. I believe this was from the likeness of Frosty the Clown, Glen Little, who was Honored in 1983 being named "Master Clown" by the Ringling organization, only the fourth clown ever to be given the title. PLEASE don't crucify me if I have any of this information wrong, I'm just going by observation.
