Outstanding 1986 abstract watercolor of a New Mexico landscape by listed Santa Fe, New Mexico artist Phyllis Kapp (b. 1930). Kapp studied at the Art Institute of Chicago and moved to New Mexico in the mid 1980s. She opened the Canyon Road Gallery in Santa Fe where she exhibited her work and the work of other prominent New Mexico artists. She was featured in "Legends of Fine Art" in Southwest Art Magazine.

This watercolor, an excellent example of her work, is signed lower right and dated 1986. It measures 17.75" x 21.75" (sight size) and is in excellent condition. Framed as shown.
