Very pretty navy blue lace dress with separate navy full cami underneath.  I think the dress size is mislabeled because it says size 18 but the measurements are more for a size 16.  

Bust: 40"

Hip: 43"

Sleeve: 23"

Nape of neck to hem: 39"

This dress has only been tried on but never worn because it was bought as a size 18.
