With this Upgrade Kit , you can transform your old Cardo intercom into a modern Packtalk NEO , keeping your current speakers and microphone. It's the "Smart" solution for accessing top-of-the-range features while saving money.

How does the transformation work?

The process is designed to be simple and convenient:

  1. Keep: Leave the speakers and microphone from your old system (Freecom, Spirit or old Packtalk series) installed in your helmet.
  2. Replace: Remove the old control unit and the old board.
  3. Connect: Use the included USB-C audio adapter to connect your old accessories to your new NEO drive.
  4. Enjoy the Mesh: Now you are ready to communicate with the most advanced DMC system on the market.

Advantages of the Packtalk NEO

  • MESH DMC Technology: Stable, self-healing and long-range connection (up to 1.6km), without the limitations of the old Bluetooth daisy chain.
  • JBL Audio Boost: The NEO's processor can enhance the audio even from standard speakers. You can activate JBL equalizer profiles for a significantly improved sound experience.

  • ✅ 1x USB-C Audio Adapter (REP00115) - Essential: Converts the jacks of your old microphone/speaker to the USB-C port of the NEO.
