The Allcam Dimmable 5W GU10 LED Bulbs use 5 special Super-bright LEDs emitting 400 lumens light equivalent a regular ~50w Halogen bulb.
These GU10 bulbs use only 5w of energy saving you £100s each year and will very rarely need replacing as they have a 25,000hr long life.
Our high power 5 watt dimmable led GU10 lamps have a 35 degree beam angle and are available in Warm White or Daylight White options, see the list above.
The Allcam Dimmable range of LED GU10 lights are 48mm in height - the standard height of Halogen lights in UK, so it will fit perfectly in those fire-rated GU10 fixtures. While most of other LED GU10 bulbs in the market are much taller.

Q: Will this Dimmable LED GU10 bulb work with my old dimmer?
A: Most likely. Pls note NOT all dimmers work properly with dimmable LED bulbs. Traditional dimmer switches require a certain amount of electric current passing through to operate. Since LED bulbs consume 90% less electricity than traditional halogen and incandescent bulbs, some old dimmers can't detect their presence. You can either upgrade the dimmer to a LED-compatible one or leave at least one halogen bulb in the same circuit along with led ones.

Why I should buy Dimmable LED bulbs?
A: Dimming LED lamps can save energy and changes the visual appearance and mood of your space. You can use a dimmable LED lamp in a non-dimmable circuit. You should NOT use a non-dimmable lamp in a dimmable circuit as it may cause damage to the lamp and or circuit.
