L. D. Caulk Co. was a pioneer in the manufacturing of early-day dental products including many bottled and boxed items.  Most of the products were for tooth repair, filling cavities, and even for the manufacturing of false teeth, but others were more medicinal, dental antiseptic rinse, cavity and pyorrhea fighter, all products that L. D. Caulk Company specialized in.  Today they make for a vast assortment of collectible antique pioneer dental products.  For example, this is a great looking little bottle, in this all-original condition.    Many of the collectors of antique dental bottles are dentists, building small collections of quality antique dental bottles to display in their waiting rooms and offices and this is a prime example of just this sort of thing.   This little bottle has a sunken indented panel on the back side that the label sits in, sunken so that it could not get worn off the label.  The label on this one has a LARGE # 6 on it, check it out!
