It doesn't say what size the cup is. I believe it's a B. There are slits so the padding can come out. It may be able to stretch out to a C, esp. without the pads. These bathing suits are quick drying. I bought two and I never used this one. I like the other one too much.
The measurements are:
Bust: 24".
From the center V to the hem , it's 21".
The waist is 22" and it will stretch a couple inches more.
From the top to the inseam in back, its 16 1/2".
