Shipping By Transhipper only

By law all Live Animals entering any country MUST come through a Licensed Import Agent (Transhipper).

When shipment (fish) arrives at the Airport, it MUST be CLEARED by Customs and INSPECTED by the Dept of Fish & Wildlife.

**The transhipper will handle all of that so the fish can enter the country legally.**

 

Exporting aquatic animal from Thailand are:
- Buyer pays for fish

- Seller sends fish to Thailand Transhipper as the shipment schedule of each Transhipper.

-Thailand transhipper ships fish to your local Transhipper.

- Your Local Transhipper offers the shipping option. (FedEx ,UPS, USPS, Priority mail or Over night ) You choose it then Local Transhipper sends the invoice to you.

- you pay for domestic shipping cost and handling fees or anything that Local transhipper will explain to you .

- delivery to your address.

 

You have to pay DOMESTIC SHIPPING COST and HANDLES FEES to Transhipper (Cost from transhipper to your address). Please check list of transhipper below

* DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy

- If your fish arrives to local transhipper and dead, it's an automatic DOA and i would replace your fish. You'll have to pay import for both dead and replacement fish, as well as box and shipping of replacement fish, when we send your replacement.

- For casualties that occur during re-shipping to your home, policy only if all the following criteria 
    

+ You signed for the package on the first delivery attempt. 

+ You provide us with clear picture proof of dead fish in unopened bag within 24 hours of receiving the package and a picture or video, DOA fish will be replaced by seller. If you CAN NOT provide those conditions, we WILL NOT replace or refund. 

 Return and Refund will not including for this situation

-   Long tail fishes may have bite their tail while transporting. Don’t worry their will be better in about 1.5-2 month. Please feed them with live fish food and always do water changed every 3-4 days.

-   The color of fish can be changed while shipment or by some stress from long journey. the marble gene, And by the age also. We will notify you if the betta changes color before shipment but We are not responsible for changing during transit.
