If for whatever reason you wish to return an item, you must inform us in writing or by email within 7 working days of receipt of goods. abbeystores requests goods are returned undamaged and in a saleable condition within 7 days of original delivery. If goods are damaged in transit or not what ordered abbeystores will rectify the issue providing it is reported in writing within 7 days.

All abbeystores items have at least a 1 year Warranty against manufacturers default. If an item develops a fault after the 28 day cooling off period then your item will be covered by our standard 12 month warranty (unless otherwise stated). We would require the item to be sent back to us for a warranty repair or replacement. We will not under any circumstances offer a full refund after the 28 day cooling off period. If your item develops a fault and your warranty has expired we will do our best to arrange a repair for you if we can (subject to parts being available) but this service is not guaranteed and will be chargeable to you the customer.
