Mint condition: maybe worn one or twice, no damage

Excellent condition: gently worn, no flaws.

Great condition: signs of wear, small pilling in certain area, pinhole damage, snagging / damage in fabric. Overall great.

Fair condition: overall good,small stain, major pilling, hole, items that still have second life to it, but not at its best)

I advoid any items that are too worn or "rag" material, I try to include all flaws I can and pictires included. I do cheap auctions for those items that I find with flaws in conditions Im not going to sell at full price. Basically items that failed my first rounds of inspections. ie: missing zipper tag, ripped fabric, preowned in smoker's house...any major flaws in them I will make description of. If you can fix it, dont mind, make it a gardening wear, project piece... Grab it at a great discount price! Stay tuned for the auctions.
