1916 Press Photo Frances Hall of Baltimore prepares for Spanish ball - kfx57487

This is an original press photo. Miss Frances Hall was a belle of Baltimore, Maryland before she went to Coronado Beach with her sister, Mrs. harry W. Hill, wife of Lieutenant Hill, commanding the United States torpedo boat Paul Jones now in Mexican waters. Miss Hall will take a prominent part in the Spanish Ball to be given at the Hotel Del Coronado the evening of January 29 and the photograph shows her in the costume which she will wear on the occasion. The Hills and Miss Hall are well know in both Atlantic and Pacific coast society circles.Photo measures 8 x 10.25inches. Photo is dated 01-06-1916.
