Our ponds are supplied without packaging and are stored outdoors at our display site. As a result, minor surface imperfections such as light marks or traces of dirt may be visible upon delivery. These are purely cosmetic and entirely normal. Due to the moulding process and conditions during transit, particularly in warmer weather, the edges may occasionally show slight creasing. This will naturally ease out once the pond is installed and has settled into place. These features do not compromise the pond’s quality or structural integrity in any way.
