The hemmed cutoff leg can be folded down if desired. Labeled girls size 8 Regular but all brands size differently so please refer to the last 3 photos for actual measurements to help with sizing before buying. I accept returns for 30 days but the buyer must pay shipping costs back to me and the item must be received in the exact same condition as sent (still brand new with all tags still attached and item not worn or washed).
