this item was defective and i replaced the inner battery, i opened it and fixed it, after that i paired it to my phone and made several calls to make sure the s[peaker and microphone are clear.
after that i connect it to a cadex machine to check each inner IC chip to make sure its functional. i also registered it in jawbone website and the headset is ready for a new user. i keep records of each item on the sales files. each one of those got a unique serial number that is recorded into the new buyer records, jawbone is no longer providing any warranty on this item.
there is no box or anything else. what you see in image is what you will get.
