VTG 80s Gorgeous Victorian Lace Dress Lorrie Kabala Martin Sz 12

This dress is absolutely stunning! Even better in person! Please, notice dress has some spots on it ( on the back, pic #10-11). They do not affect the look, but they are there. Dress comes with two looks like shoulder pads. I guess they are optional as shoulder pads. But I am not sure how to use them. They are 12" long and 6" at the widest part.
