CATHEDRAL EDITION!  (DICK & JANE)  hardbound book titled:  FRIENDS OLD AND NEW.  DICK AND JANE are NOT included in stories, changed names to others, does still have SPOT.  Many stories are the same, but also about the Catholic Church such as Father, Sister Mary Jean, 1st Communion, etc.  Late 1963 ed. & does also include stories with Black children.  TOUGH to find this one!!   I'm DIck & married Jane, lol;  we've been collecting them for MANY years, approaching 80 now & we've decided to sell most of them.  We have MANY different versions, some which you probably have never seen.  Included are Catholic, Seventh Day Adventist, Teacher's ed's, & even French copies;  most are in NEAR MINT cond. or at least very nice cond!   Pub. by Scott, Foresman & Co.  240 pages.
