Cardo Packtalk NEO Replacement Control Unit

This original Cardo module is intended exclusively for replacing the main unit in the event of loss or irreparable damage outside of the warranty. It's the official solution for those who already own the mounting equipment and want to restore their kit without having to purchase the entire package again.

When is this replacement necessary?

  • Lost: If the control unit has accidentally come off while driving or has been lost.

  • Irreparable Failure: In the event of serious physical damage (shocks, falls) or electronic malfunctions not covered by the residual warranty.

  • Functionality Recovery: To recover the use of the audio system (speakers and microphone) already installed in the helmet.

Compatibility and Configuration

The control unit is designed to integrate perfectly with the "scatto" series audio kits (non-magnetic).

Compatible Devices

  • Packtalk NEO: Direct replacement of the original module.

  • Packtalk CUSTOM: Compatible with the base and wiring of the Custom model (can be used as an upgrade or spare part).

Activation and Security

  • Serial Code Provided: Each unit ships with a unique serial code. This is required to register the device on the Cardo Connect app and activate software features and updates.

  • Plug & Play: Once inserted into the existing base and connected the audio kit's USB-C cable, the control unit is ready for pairing with your smartphone.
