The first omnibus edition of these works, first impression, with this volume containing 'A Wizard of Earthsea', 'The Tombs of Atuan', and 'The Farthest Shore', the first three novels in le Guin's series.

The Earthsea series is high fantasy by Ursula K. Le Guin, set on the world of Earthsea, a planet of sea and islands; following the life of the wizard Sparrowhawk, from his apprenticeship and training on Roke at the School of WIzards, to his great final battle. 

'A Wizard of Earthsea' is of particular importance, being one of the most influential fantasy novels ever published, inspiring the likes of Margaret Atwood and Hayao Miyazaki.


CONDITION

In the publisher's original cloth binding, with price unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, fine. Dust wrapper exceptionally bright to the right side, but with tide mark to head of front flyleaf, and to head of rear flyleaf and wrap. One small mark to head of front wrap. Internally, firmly bound. Pages lightly age toned due to paper type, with light tide marks to perimeters of each leaf, most concentrated to first and last few leaves.
