Please note that this charm is only 10mm round so cannot fit lots and lots of engraved text. All text will be scaled to fit so too much text could be very small and unreadable. We would advise single words (such as names) or dates

We offer Helvetica, Goudy or Script
Our items are Diamond Dragged, meaning that the text is cut into the metal using an industrial diamond, we set our tools to but 0.3mm deep which leaves a lasting impression than can be felt with the fingertips. This is different to laser engraving which "burns" the text onto the material, often giving a satin coloured text which is smooth to the touch.

We offer FREE postage on ALL orders! (Standard 2nd Class) If you need your items quicker then standard 1st Class postage is charged at just 50p - regardless of how many items you buy! When you spend over £25 with Markylis you will receive FREE 1st Class Recorded Delivery. All items are shipped within 1 working day after payment is received. Goods which are paid for via cheque are shipped once funds have cleared our account. Goods which are paid for via Postal Order are shipped within 2 working days upon receipt of the postal order.
Worldwide
All International parcels are shipped via Standard Airmail. (£4.50 for the first item and £1 for each additional item) All items are shipped within 1 working day after payment is received. We regret that we cannot accept postal orders or cheques from international customers.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, please let us know within 7 days of your purchase date. Customers are expected to pay the full return delivery charges in the first instance and will be refunded upon receipt. (situation depending) If the product was incorrectly sent or arrived damaged then a replacement will automatically be sent - simply send back the incorrect item with a small note detailing the problem and including the item number. If the product simply doesnt meet your requirements then we can also accept it back as long as you contact us within 7 days of your original order.
