This is a VINTAGE SHELLEY TEA CUP & SAUCER.  The pattern is: "CHARM".  Made of FINE BONE CHINA in ENGLAND.   The set is delicate and is decorated with tiny two-tone pink flowers and gray leaves, and a gray garland around the edges, even inside the cup.   The base, handle and rims are highlighted in gold.  The rims are gently scalloped, giving the set an added elegance.   It is a beautiful set, and in excellent condition too!   Shipping is $10.50 if within the USA.  Check out my other items.  I have lots of vintage tea cups and tea pots listed, as does my husband on his site at:   gerald46y.  Please add me to your favorites list.
