■  Return & Refund

Buyers must contact us via eBay message within 30 days from the arrival date of item, and All returns should be  discussed and agreed upon with us.
All returns for a refund must be UNOPENED and NEW CONDITION in their original box including all components.
If the reason for the return is due to the fault of the buyer such as 'change of mind, etc', the return fee must be reponsible by the customer.
If the return reason is due to "Seller's fault such as damaged items, wrong delivery, etc.", we will be responsible for return fees. And in order to determine whether the product is defective, you must provide a picture or video of the defective product.
