There are 5 main pockets. The 3 main inner pockets have sub-pockets within them.  There are 2 regular handles and one shoulder strap. Item in overall good used condition.  Approximate dimensions are 16" x 11". There are some minor dings on the exterior. Two of the handles have some fraying.
