My designs are unique and make special gifts for your loved ones. Each design has been created and drawn by me, and every piece of glassware is carefully engraved by hand using sandblasting techniques devised by my father fifty years ago to ensure a high quality finish and fine detail, which cannot be achieved with laser engraving. The frosted area has a smooth even finish enhancing the fine detail of the engraving and is engraved in the UK by me at the Great British Glass workshop in rural Norfolk. The hand decorated nature of my items means that there may be small differences between glasses, which is a perfectly normal part of the hand made process.

Each item of glassware is supplied tissue wrapped in a card carton, and is then carefully wrapped in biodegradable bubble wrapper and secured in a card shipping carton sealed with Kraft paper tape printed FRAGILE to ensure safe transit. Breakages are extremely rare and all of the packaging can be recycled or biodegrades. In the unlikely event an item arrives broken please contact me with pictures of the breakage and any damage to packaging as these will be required for my claim with the relevant carrier.
