Welcome to my auction - Up for your consideration is this early and rather rare work by American artist Ron Dembosky. Ron Dembosky (1934 - 1996) lived and was an active artist in Pennsylvania. He is known for Realist paintings of buildings, objects and
figures along with lithography and mixed media. This piece has his "Pigartologist" business card on back. The lithograph print depicts pigs at the beauty parlor with a pencil written quote "It's hard to be humble when one is so beautiful". Has a printed signature and comes under glass in what is believed to be original painted beige metal frame and matte. Has not been removed from frame. Card lists his address as West Chester PA. Age unknown, believed to be 1960's - 1970's.

Some normal age/use wear, age yellowing of paper, darkening along matte edge, dark area left corner of matte same size as business card so that is where it originally was and it is the true matte color. Frame is solid, some light scuffing and dings mostly on the silver edge, scratches on glass lower center, business card has folds, yellowing and fading.
