Red floral print skater dress.  Lined.  Sleeveless with criss cross straps in the back.  Fun detail at the waist gives a hint of skin underneath.  Ties at waist.  Lightweight crinkle style fabric.  

Measurements are done with the item laying flat. Measurements for waist, hip, chest, or bottom of hem are doubled for ease when comparing to actual body measurements. I recommend comparing garment measurements to items that currently fit you well to help estimate fit as sizes can vary quite a bit, especially on older, pre-owned or vintage items.
