1.How to Use:

1. Place the instrument on the workbench, adjust the ground Angle screw so that the water bubble of the level is in the middle position, and keep it in use;

2. Open the sealing nut of the water level controller and pull out the wool rope inside;

3. Into the jack of the thermometer or pressure gauge, inject distilled water into the instrument, and stop the injection of distilled water when the distilled water flows out of the water level controller hole. When the excess distilled water flows clean along the wool rope from the water level controller hole (about 5min without dropping a drop), Then pull the wool rope back into the water level controller, and tighten the sealing nut;

4. Install the thermometer and pressure gauge (each cell is 10pa);

5. Connect the good gas path according to the inlet and outlet direction, and seal it;

6. Open the air valve, the instrument is pre-run, and the reading can be carried out after a few weeks of pre-run.

2.Matters Need Attention:

1. In use, it is necessary to often pay attention to the water level in the instrument to remain stable, otherwise it will affect the measurement accuracy.

2. In use, the temperature should be maintained between 15-25 °C, the temperature is the same as room temperature, and the temperature difference should be less than or equal to 2°C.

3. After opening the air valve, the gas in the intake pipe enters the instrument, and the watch hand begins to rotate. When the meter continuously rotates for 5 minutes or the gas volume through the instrument is equivalent to 50 times the rotation volume, the reading can be carried out.

4. When the pressure of the measured gas exceeds the normal pressure value of 1 to 6 times (1-6kpa), the instrument can still work, at this time should be taken off the pressure gauge, with a non-porous rubber plug to plug the pressure gauge mounting hole.

5. When the flow rate of the measured gas is used within the range of rated flow to overload flow, the instrument can still work, but the measurement accuracy will be reduced at this time.

6. When the instrument is not used for a long time, the distilled water in the instrument should be discharged clean, the water discharge valve should be used first, and then the meter head down, and then the outlet pipe down, so repeated several times, in order to completely discharge the water.

7. The instrument should not be placed in the too cold indoor installation, so as to avoid internal icing.

8. Under normal use, at least once a year to check the accuracy.
