The sole is solid cast with no cracks or breaks observed. "MADE IN U.S.A." is cast into the sole just behind the front handle. The "frog" is cast aluminum. Front and rear handles are plastic, with no cracks observed. This item is heavy and seems to be well made.

This item was recovered from an estate liquidation. Plane has been completely disassembled and inspected to determine condition before selling. Condition is very good considering age. Some surface rust is evident; however, no pitting was observed. Wear and tear consistent with vintage nature, storage, and handling over the years.

May be used as is, restored, repurposed, or used as a display piece.
