Written by previous British Prime Minister, Winston S. Churchill, as part of his series on the Second World War.

This particular work surrounds the year between June 1943 and June 1944, in the time leading up to the end of the war. Churchill presents his own, historical account of the Second World War.

With maps and diagrams throughout to accompany the text, including three folding maps. 

Ink inscription of P. W. S. from R. S. dated 1952.


CONDITION

Bound in full calf. Externally, excellent, with light shelf wear and light marks to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright and clean. Ink inscription to the front blank.
