This work was written by South African born author J. M. Coetzee. Coetzee is a highly decorated author and won the Nobel Prize in literature in 2003 and won the Booker Prize twice. This work is Coetzee's debut novel and contains two separate stories, one that follows 'Eugene Dawn' who is responsible for psychological warfare in the Vietnam War as he descents into madness and the other depicting a hunting expedition in South Africa.
CONDITION
In the publisher's original cloth with the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally lovely with only slight bumping to the extremities of the boards. The wrap is very smart with sunning to the spine, offsetting to the rear and head of the fly leaves and the odd minor mark. Slight offsetting and the odd spot to the verso. Internally firmly bound with clean and bright pages. The odd very minor mark to the fore edge.
