Using Method

• Hold the ceramic rod vertically, ensure that the angle between knife and rod is about 30 degree(very important to maintain the same angle).
• Hone the blade from heel to tip along the rod.
• Turn over blade and repeat the honing process for 2~3 times.

Note

• It is not available to use on ceramic knife blades.
