• We back our products with a 60-DAY Return GUARANTEE. Customers should inspect item(s) and notify us within 60 days of any problems.

• If you have a problem with your item, please contact us before leaving feedback. All items being returned must be issued an RMA number BEFORE they are returned.

• 12 months Warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user.

• Our normal business hour is Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Hong Kong time GMT+8. All messages and orders will NOT be processed at weekend and holidays.
