Due to slipcase packaging, this disc may have minor surface scuffs. This will not affect play at all. Case has minor shelfwear. See photos for details.

Emmy DVDs are promotional DVDs that are mailed to folks who vote on the Emmy Awards to advertise and promote shows in applicable categories. These are always authorized, original, studio-produced items. These particular versions generally come with packaging that is not available in any store. Often with periodic words (non-intrusive) that read: "Property of XYZ Studio" or similar. HBO Emmy DVDs virtually always have this scroll.
