These rules apply to all items

Please read the following terms of sale carefully.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement (contract) between the seller and buyer.

By bidding on, or purchasing, the product posted in this eBay listing, the winning bidder agrees to and accepts all of the terms of sale stated below. 

TERMS OF SALE:

By placing the bid, you are entering into the binding contract and agree with all terms and conditions of this sale, including eBay terms and conditions, exceptions and limitations. If you are not authorized to purchase this item, please do not bid. Please read the description carefully, review all pictures and estimate the shipping cost before bidding. Some items are used and sold as-is with no warranty of any kind, unless stated otherwise in the description. All sales are final and binding.  Only what is shown in the eBay photo and mentioned in the listing is included, anything else should be understood to not be included    No refunds, no exchanges.

PAYMENT:

We accept payment by Paypal, and we only ship to the address which the buyer provides within the Paypal payment, no exceptions

eBay and PayPal payments are required within 7 days from date of purchase. All sales are final. We ship worldwide. Shipping at buyer's expense to the United States or Internationally.  Please message with any questions before bidding.

DOMESTIC (US) SHIPPING:

•Local pickup is normally not available; exceptions are sometimes made, but only for higher valued orders. Please contact us first to see if we can make this arrangement.

•Packages valued $750 or more will ship with signature required upon delivery.

•Items will normally ship within 3 business days from the date of payment.

FREIGHT SHIPPING:

•Oversized items (100+ LBs) may be picked up locally, or may be shipped freight, additional charges may be incurred. Contact ‘Seller’ by “eBay Email” for scheduling the freight shipment .

•Freight shipping is from zip code 08817, commercial location, forklift available for loading, and outgoing shipments must be scheduled.

•Bill of lading must be provided to us at least 24 hrs in advance of scheduling shipment, and ship to address must match the shipping address in your Paypal payment.

RETURNS:

If this item is listed in the "Parts/Repair" category - it is NOT RETURNABLE. You are buying this item in as-is condition per listing description with all faults (if any). Our testing very often is limited to power up tests or basic functions available on the external keypad of the device (if available). This item may be sophisticated and may require an external computer or operating system for full test. We do not include these items or services unless it is clearly stated in item description. Please make sure you understand this policy before placing the bid or making an offer on our item. Once you buy this item, it is yours to keep or if you are not satisfied with it you may dispose of it at your own expense..

Some items, including analytical equipment are listed in the "Parts/Repair" category by default but these items may be in perfect working condition. We simply cannot verify and guarantee this statement per new eBay requirements. Please contact us with any questions or review our website for more information. Make sure you check out the Store for other listings. There is more inventory of analytical equipment including HPLC, GC, MS systems and much more.

Returns may be accepted under these two special circumstances only.

1.) Your item arrives damaged.

If the item arrives in a visually damaged box, do not accept it. Simply inform the driver that you refuse to accept your item in this condition. That way the entire box will be shipped back to us at carrier expense. If you accept the item and find some damage when the box gets opened, you are obligated to notify us within 48 hrs. You are also obligated to keep all packaging materials, including inner and outer packaging, all fill materials, Styrofoam inserts, bubbles, boxes and labels. We will file the claim with the carrier right away. We need your full cooperation in these situations. Your refund depends on how quickly we can get the process moving. You will also be obligated to take the pictures of the damaged packaging and damaged item and provide it to us within the same time frame. Once the claim gets filed, the carrier at their discretion may or may not pick the item from your facility for inspection or return to us. You will be informed either by our or carrier representative of these procedures.

2.) You received the wrong item.

If you received an incorrect item, it is our fault, and we will take full responsibility. Please let us know within 48 hrs. and we will issue a call tag or provide a shipping label for a return. Please note that you are still responsible for the item you have wrongly received, and you are obligated to pack this item back into original packaging including all original packaging materials. If the item returned gets damaged during shipping due to the insufficient packaging, we will not accept the package and you will not receive your refund. Your full cooperation in this matter is required and appreciated. We hope this is understandable. The correct item will be shipped when the incorrect item gets returned. At our discretion we may also decide not to return the wrong item and ship the correct one right away. in that case you will be able to keep both item at no additional cost 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it (See exceptions in Paragraph F Below) within 30 days of receipt, for a refund or replacement - subject to the following

1. Contact us through eBay messages or the returns link to receive a Refund Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to ensure proper handling of the return and/or replacement

2. In order to be eligible for a full refund and less shipping expenses, your returned merchandise must be in its original condition, as shipped, with all packaging, manuals, and paperwork intact and unaltered. Items which have been opened are returnable, however they will carry a restocking fee.

3. Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the time to them. If an item is offered with “Free Shipping,” this means we are paying the freight on your behalf. If that product is returned for a refund, the shipping expenses incurred, will be deducted from the refund. If an item is refused, the carrier bills us for shipping both ways, and these expenses incurred on your behalf need to be deducted from your refund.

4. All returns are subject to inspection. Products returned must be in brand new condition, as per Paragraph b), if not it may be deemed non-refundable or will be subject to at least a 15% restocking fee. If your return is missing accessory components, or shows signs of wear - restocking fees will be higher. For specific restocking fees that may be applicable to your return, please contact us through eBay messages.

5. Returned should be packed in an outer shipping carton, not just the original box/packing of the product. The RMA# should be clearly inscribed on the shipping label. A copy of your invoice and Order # should be included, and your return should be insured, with shipping costs prepaid. We cannot accept any COD shipments.

6. There are product categories which are not returnable due to hygienic or sanitary conditions as required by manufacturers such as Apple or HP, the return will not be accepted.

For warranty information, merchandise lost / any other issues in transit, or order cancellations, please contact us through eBay Messages. In an event where there is an error regarding a precise error of or in the description, we will notify you ASAP. In this event there will be no obligation to proceed with the purchase. Any amount charged to the customer will be 100% refunded.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

No PayPal payments over $2500. Payments over $2500 must be settled by eBay or direct bank wire transfer. No escrows. All international purchases are final with no right of return or exchange.

Buyers will arrange all shipping from pickup to delivery on items that cannot be shipped using standard USPS, FEDEX, or UPS priority boxes.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING CHARGES TO YOUR COUNTRY. PLEASE CHECK ON THE COST BEFORE BIDDING. THIS CHARGES COME FROM FEDEX, UPS, USPS OR OTHER FREIGHT FORWARDERS AND ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE. THE ITEM YOU ARE BIDDING ON MAY BE BIG OR HEAVY AND THE SHIPPING COST MAY BE SIGNIFICANT. PLEASE EMAIL FOR SHIPPING COST ESTIMATE BEFORE BIDDING. DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN INTENTION TO PAY FOR SHIPPING. THIS ITEM IS NOT RETURNABLE. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THIS CONDITIONS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

•For smaller items we prefer to use eBay's (GSP) Global Shipping Program for International bidders. Please check prior to bidding/purchasing because not all items may be shipped internationally.

•International buyers are responsible for GSP shipping cost and also import duties / taxes of your country of residence.

WARRANTY:

•All of our Ebay items are guaranteed to arrive in working condition, unless specified in the ad.

•Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped, with all included items. Returning the item damaged, breaking the warranty seal or dismantling the item will void the warranty.
