A sand filter system is essential for permanently clear and hygienic water quality – especially for outdoor pools. The powerful AREBOS sand filter system with 350 W power reliably cleans your pool water and ensures unadulterated bathing fun.

Filtering can be carried out either with the 600 g filter balls included in the scope of delivery or with standard quartz sand (not included). The filter balls are reusable, particularly lightweight, and efficient—an ideal alternative to heavy filter sand. The system impresses with a maximum flow rate of 9.5 m³/h and a delivery head of up to 9.5 m.

The system is conveniently controlled via an integrated 7-way multifunction valve, which covers all important functions such as filtering, backwashing, rinsing, emptying, circulating, closing, and winterizing. The compact design, practical pre-filter, and integrated pressure gauge make it easy to use and maintain.

Note:

For operation with sand, a filter sand volume of 20 kg with a grain size of 0.7–1.2 mm is required (not included in the scope of delivery). Alternatively, the device can be operated directly with the filter balls supplied – without additional accessories.

Simple operation

With the solid selector lever, you can carry out the complete water cleaning process without having to shut off or remount anything. You can set the various work processes via the valve: Filtering, backwashing, rinsing, circulation, draining, closing and winter mode. Operation is simpler and more convenient than with a cartridge filter system.

Standard Connection

The AREBOS sand filter system model has connections for swimming pool hoses Ø 32/38 mm as standard. This means that almost all standard swimming pools on the market can be connected. A quality-tested, solid clamping ring connects the filter tank to the 7-way valve.

Pressure Control

A pressure gauge built into the 7-way valve only shows you the current operating pressure of your sand filter system. This allows you to react at lightning speed if, for example, the filter medium such as the filter balls or the quartz sand needs to be cleaned or replaced.

Efficient pre-filter system

Our integrated pre-filter system ensures that coarse impurities such as leaves, hair or sand particles are reliably removed from the water before it enters the pump. This extends the service life of the swimming pool pump and ensures consistently high filter performance.

Suitable for fresh and salt water (up to 5g/l)

The pool pump is suitable for both fresh water and slightly salty water up to a concentration of 5 g/l. Ideal for various pool types - reliable, corrosion-resistant and durable.

Incl. 600 g filter balls

One of the main advantages is the special material. The individual filter balls for pool sand filter systems are made of 100 % polyethylene and are therefore also 100 % recyclable. The balls are washable and can therefore be used several times and are impressively lightweight, eliminating the need to carry heavy bags. 

Good water quality

It is essential to use a filter system to ensure good water quality. The sand filter system works very simply. The pump pumps the water from the pool into the filter container, which is filled with filter balls or sand. The water is channelled through the filter medium, whereby the dirt sticks to the filter. The clean water is then pumped back into the pool by the pump.
