Nice etchings of Don Swan.  One title the capital of Williamsburg VA.  C 57/300. The other is the Bruton parish church of Va 237/300. Don Swan was an American artist. 1889/1954. The frames are in good shape. Frames measure 15 3/8"×12 3/8". Sight size are approximately 8×6 1/4". Other is 7 7/8"×6 6/8". I don't know what the color spots on them are. Looks like someone wanted them to be something more than gold color.
