For printers weighing 70 lbs. or less, we ship via UPS Ground. A tracking number will be provided once shipped.
LTL Freight
For heavier printers weighing 100 lbs. above, we ship via Commercial Freight. We only use logistics companies that specialize in transporting office equipment.
We will contact you to confirm your shipping details before we book your shipment.
Prior to delivery, the carrier will contact you to schedule the delivery. Someone must be present on the day of the delivery and sign the proof of delivery.

The manufacturer provides a 1-year parts warranty for this product. If a part is defective or fails during the warranty period, we will coordinate with the manufacturer to secure the necessary replacement parts. However, labor costs are not covered under this warranty and will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please be aware that the 1-year parts warranty does not apply to the following:
- Consumable items such as toner cartridges, waste toner containers, and maintenance kits.
- Damage or malfunctions resulting from failure to adhere to safety or operating guidelines, natural disasters, accidents, improper use, excessive load, mishandling, unauthorized alterations, or issues caused by electrical surges or incorrect voltage/current.
