Receive (1) ONE US Military First Aid/Compasses Pouches in Very Good Condition.
These pouches are still issued to troops today as their primary dressing pouch (we are selling the pouch with alice clip as shown, dressing not included). This first aid pouch dates back to the Vietnam Era to late 90's. Comes with alice clip which can be used to easily attach to a regular civilan belt or a military pistol belt. It is also used as a compass pouch, and works great for either.
