Today, Marilyn Feldman is working in pastel, capturing seasonal light and moods along wetlands trails with rich colors and textures, building the image in layers. Her studio is in Milton, DE.
Recent awards and recognition:
Marilyn studied art at the Corcoran Gallery School of Art and at George Washington University where she earned a degree in Journalism and Graphic Art and was named to Phi Beta Kappa.
Earlier in her career, her watercolor paintings were selected for exhibitions with Potomac Valley Watercolorists, Maryland Federation of Art, Baltimore Watercolor Society, Strathmore Art Center in Rockville, MD, and the Art Barn in Washington, DC. She won first prize in a competition sponsored by the National Park Service.
