Delivery details

We provide economical international shipping via our overseas post office, and don't even charge the packaging cost!!

Package will come with tracking number when it arrives to Australia, normally the production and air freight process will take 8 to 12 business days! All items will be shipped to buyer?s E-bay address. If your E-bay address doesn?t match the desired delivery address, please contact us via the E-bay message system before buying.
Postage discount is available for multiple purchases. Just buy what you want, request the total and we will alter the final invoice to allow for discounts.

Returns Policy

Return items must not be used or have any sign of abuse or intentional damage.
We reserve the right not to refund S&H when the item has been posted. Refund or replacement request is available only the requests within 1 week after parcel received & returning the item as the same condition as received.

Please contact us to request a return authorization. Your name, auction number, and reason for return should be included in the email. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials. Please repack the item carefully. Items returned will be tested and a new replacement will be shipped to the buyer immediately when found defective at seller's expense. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available then a refund will be issued. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non-refundable. If the item is found non-defective, the item will be sent back to the buyer at buyer's expense.
