Up for sale is a small vintage oil painting, by listed French artist, Jules Rene Herve (1887-1981). The subject is a couple of elderly people; looks like grandparents with their grandchildren, outside of their French country home. It measures 8 7/8" tall and 10 7/8" wide. The signature can be seen in the lower left corner (photo 4) and in verso (last photo). The canvas is secured to a stretcher and does not come with a frame.
