Nice FDL neckerchief slide handcrafted most likely as one of the requirements for Metalwork Merit Badge.  This slide appears to be aluminum braised to copper and then riveted in the back.  It is used and the copper has a bit of verdigris.  But please refer to the images for the actual condition however.
